Weekly meaningful conversations (10-15 minutes) focus on genuine connection, sharing stories, and natural companionship so they can overcome the feeling of loneliness.

3. The Family Updates

Within two hours of every call, a concise written summary lands in your inbox. We note their mood, what was discussed, and anything worth keeping an eye on. If a call goes unanswered, we retry and send an immediate alert to you immediately.

4. Your Dedicated Specialist
